🎓 Career Progression
- Selected candidates will join as Interns at the Macleods Centre of Excellence for 3 months.
- A stipend will be provided during the internship.
- Upon successful completion, candidates will be promoted as Trainees and placed at one of the company’s manufacturing locations.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Stipend during Internship: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month
- Post-Training Salary: ₹2.5–3.6 LPA (depending on performance and department)
