Mac Chem is hiring for the following roles:
- Quality Control – Officer/Sr. Officer Positions: 04 Experience: 2-5 Years Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc
- Warehouse – Officer Positions: 02 Experience: 1-3 Years Qualification: Any Graduate
- PDL (Production Development Lab?) – Officer Positions: 03 Experience: 0-3 Years Qualification: B.Sc
- Microbiology – Officer Positions: 01 Experience: 1-3 Years Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc Microbiology
Roles and Responsibilities
While specific duties may vary by department, typical responsibilities include:
- Quality Control: Performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products; handling instruments like HPLC/GC; ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Warehouse: Managing inventory, receipt and dispatch of materials, maintaining GMP in storage areas, and ensuring proper documentation.
- PDL: Supporting production processes, troubleshooting, scale-up activities, and lab development work.
- Microbiology: Conducting microbial testing, environmental monitoring, sterility testing, and maintaining microbial quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the experience and qualification criteria mentioned above. Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical API sector is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
Salaries are competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Estimated annual CTC ranges (based on industry standards for similar roles in Maharashtra):

- Warehouse/Microbiology Officer (1-3 years): ₹2.5 – 4.5 Lakhs
- PDL Officer (0-3 years): ₹2 – 4 Lakhs
