Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished API products using GC, HPLC, and other wet chemistry techniques
- Calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments (GC/HPLC)
- Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents
- Documentation as per cGMP and preparation of COA
- Investigation of OOS/OOT and deviations
- Participate in internal and regulatory audits
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control (API/Bulk Drugs) with strong expertise in Gas Chromatography (GC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- Sound knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
