Roles and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities across these roles include:
- Developing and optimizing formulations for oral solid and liquid dosage forms
- Conducting analytical method development, validation, and stability testing
- Managing technology transfer from R&D to production scale
- Coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
- Preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers for international markets
- Identifying business opportunities, handling client proposals, and driving expansion
Candidates should have relevant experience in the pharmaceutical formulation industry with exposure to regulated markets (UK, EU, Australia, South Africa, USA, etc.), strong documentation skills, and a thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications as specified per department
