Job Responsibilities
As a professional in Fermentation Production at Lyfius Pharma, you will:
- Operate and manage large-scale fermentation equipment for upstream production processes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize fermentation processes to achieve high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for production activities and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
To qualify for the Fermentation Production roles, candidates must have:
- Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Tech in Biotechnology or related fields.
- Experience: 2 to 15 years of relevant experience in fermentation production (upstream) and handling large-scale fermentation equipment.
- Strong understanding of bioprocess engineering and microbial fermentation.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage high-pressure production environments.
