Job Details
Position: EHS – Safety / MEE / ETP
Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India
Industry: Pharmaceutical (API Division)
Experience Required: 3 to 12 Years
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
• Handling operations of Anaerobic Wastewater Treatment and Stripper systems
• Managing MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator), ATFD, and RO systems
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Conducting risk assessments and HAZOP studies
• Managing work permits and general safety procedures
• Organizing mock drills and safety training programs
• Overseeing fire-fighting systems and emergency preparedness
• Conducting internal safety audits and ensuring statutory compliance
• Supporting critical safety management systems within the plant
Required Qualifications
• B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in relevant discipline
• 3 to 12 years of experience in operations related to EHS, MEE, ETP, and wastewater treatment
• Strong understanding of safety audits, hazard identification, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in pharmaceutical or API manufacturing units preferred
