To support this expansion, the company is conducting a mega walk-in drive in Bengaluru on 6th December 2025 (Saturday) exclusively for Fermentation Production (Upstream) positions.
This is a golden opportunity for Biotechnology professionals with 2–10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale fermentation to join one of India’s fastest-growing API manufacturers.
Position Details
Department: Fermentation – Production (API Division) Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh (Greenfield Project) Roles: Assistants / Executives / Shift Managers Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Biotechnology Experience Required: 2–10 years in Fermentation Production (Upstream) with exposure to large-scale fermenters
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor large-scale fermentation equipment (upstream processing)
- Execute batch fermentation processes as per SOPs and BPRs
- Perform in-process sampling, media preparation, and sterilization (SIP/CIP)
- Maintain fermenter parameters (pH, DO, temperature, agitation, aeration)
- Troubleshoot process deviations and ensure yield & quality targets
- Coordinate with downstream, QA, and QC teams
- Adhere to cGMP, safety, and documentation standards
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech – Biotechnology only
- 2–10 years of relevant experience in API/biologics fermentation (upstream)
- Hands-on experience with 5KL+ fermenters mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
