Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Control (API/FML):
- Awareness in sampling and testing of RM/ Excipients.
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, IR/UV, Dissolution, Polarimeter, Potentiometric titrations, KF/GC by Moisture Analyzer.
- Knowledge of current Data Integrity requirements and cGMP guidelines.
- Stability studies execution.
- Handling OOS/OOT/Deviations, and QMS tools (CAPA, CCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with LIMS software.
Production – API:
- Working in shift-based production shop floor.
- Processing of the batch as per BPR.
- Online filling of documentation and records.
- SAP-related activities.
- Operating equipment such as reactors, Sparkler Filter, Candle Filters, Centrifuge, Dryers, etc., as per SOP.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Quality Control (API/FML):
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 7 years
Production – API:
- Education: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc – Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 7 years
Note: Candidates with less than 60% in highest education may not be considered in some cases. Freshers or those with very limited experience might not qualify based on the requirements.
