Note: All positions are based in Pune (Ghotawade).
Roles and Responsibilities
Production (Upstream & Downstream)
- Operate bioreactors, fermenters, centrifuges, and homogenizers
- Handle chromatography systems and aseptic filtration processes
- Ensure smooth execution of production batches
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC and electrophoresis
- Conduct microbiological testing and documentation review
- Maintain GMP compliance and QA-QMS systems
- Handle IPQA activities and quality systems
Filling, Packaging & Inspection
- Operate filling machines and perform steam sterilization
- Manage vial labeling, blister packaging, and serialization
- Conduct visual inspection and check weighing
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 2 to 10 years in Biopharmaceutical industry
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc (Biotechnology / Microbiology)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Tech
- Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
