Available Positions & Experience Required
- Production Associate (Nasal) Qualification: ITI / D.Pharma / B.Sc Experience: 2–8 years
- Production Officer (Nasal) Qualification: B.Pharma Experience: 2–6 years
- Production Executive (Nasal) Qualification: B.Pharma Experience: 8–10 years
Key Responsibilities
For Associates
- Operate advanced filling equipment: PKB (bottle filling & capping), Marchesini (Sofbag), NORDEN & IMA-PG (tube filling)
- Execute line clearance, in-process checks, and yield reconciliation
- Maintain real-time cGMP documentation and batch records
- Support troubleshooting during nasal and topical formulation filling
For Officers & Executives
- Supervise entire manufacturing and filling operations for nasal sprays, dermal creams, and ointments
- Oversee equipment such as ADAM Master Plant (1000 kg), DARA nasal filling machines, PKB, Marchesini, NORDEN, IMA-PG
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, and other regulatory standards
- Lead shop-floor team, conduct training, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements
- B.Pharma / D.Pharma / B.Sc / ITI (as per role)
- USFDA & MHRA regulatory exposure is compulsory
- Minimum 60% marks required if total experience is less than 5 years
- Excellent knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and ALCOA+ principles
