Roles & Responsibilities
As a Jr. Officer or Officer in Production – API, you will be involved in key manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth and compliant production processes. Typical responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day production activities in API manufacturing, including batch processing and documentation.
- Implementing process safety measures and adhering to cGMP standards.
- Monitoring production parameters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal yield and quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient operations and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications and Preferences
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. Chemistry or M.Sc. Chemistry.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years in API Pharma Industries.
Preferences/Compulsion:
- Relevant exposure in API / Bulk Drug / Pharma Industries with process safety implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have scored 60% marks / 1st class in highest qualification. (If having <05 years of post qualification documented experience.)
- Freshers need not attend the interview.
- Candidates who have attended an interview within the last six months are not required to attend again.
