Roles and Responsibilities
As a Research Associate in Biotech R&D, you will play a key role in upstream process development. Your primary duties will include:
- Cell culture media and feed formulation to optimize growth conditions.
- Conducting shake flask studies for cell culture process development.
- Performing experimentation and hands-on operation of bioreactors.
- Supporting process optimization and scale-up activities.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to good laboratory practices (GLP).

Required Qualifications and Competencies
