Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
As an Executive in MSAT Upstream, your role will include:
- Planning and executing upstream bioprocessing activities.
- Working on cell culture, fermentation, and bioreactor operations.
- Optimizing process parameters for improved yield and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for process scale-up and tech transfer.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining upstream equipment.
