Position: Life Sciences and Research Analyst
Location: Remote (India)
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹1,430,000 – ₹1,910,000 per annum

This role suits graduates or professionals with operational experience in digital health, biomedical data, or clinical research. You’ll work on diverse projects involving data-driven research, partnership coordination, and strategic initiatives.
🧬 Key Responsibilities
- Draft scientific and data-driven research proposals and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with clinical teams on study protocols, PIS, PL, and publications.
- Manage data partnership and compliance documentation.
- Support operations across multiple healthcare projects and geographies.
- Develop internal and external presentations using Apple Keynote.
- Coordinate strategic projects to scale patient ecosystems.
- Build strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Lead programme management and follow-up on action plans.
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and project documentation.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Data Science.
- 1–2+ years of operational or research experience in healthcare, startups, or social enterprises.
- Strong skills in R, Python, and data visualization.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Strong content creation and scientific communication skills.
