About the Role: Officer – Development & Validation (R&D Analytical)
As an Officer in the Development & Validation section of the R&D Analytical Development Laboratory, you will play a key role in supporting the development and validation of analytical methods for pharmaceutical products. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about analytical techniques and ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards like EU-GMP.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical method development and validation for OSD and semi-solid formulations.
- Perform routine analysis, stability studies, and troubleshooting using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, etc.
- Prepare and review validation protocols, reports, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including formulation development and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and EU-GMP guidelines.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry) or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 2+ years in analytical development, method validation, or related roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of analytical instruments and techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (EU-GMP preferred).
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages are offered based on experience and skills. For similar Officer-level roles in analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry in Maharashtra/India, realistic compensation typically ranges from ₹3.5 Lakhs to ₹6.0 Lakhs per annum (CTC), including basic pay, allowances, and performance incentives.
