Key Responsibilities
As a Learning & Development Coordinator at ICON, your role will involve:
- Supporting organizational learning initiatives and coordinating training programs.
- Managing Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) efficiently.
- Leveraging Advanced Excel to create reports, track progress, and analyze data.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless training experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with ICON’s global L&D standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Cornerstone LMS administration.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, reporting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (Chennai – Thoraipakkam).
