Key Responsibilities – Data Team Lead (CDM)
As a Clinical Data Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of data management services for single and multi-service clinical projects
- Leading study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities in alignment with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing data cleaning, medical coding, external device integrations, and database lock activities
- Ensuring data integrity, quality, and inspection readiness throughout the study lifecycle
- Collaborating with programming and technology teams to support automation and process optimization
- Mentoring, training, and onboarding new team members and junior data managers
- Representing Data Management in sponsor meetings, audits, inspections, and internal governance reviews
Eligibility & Qualifications
To be successful in this Clinical Data Management leadership role, candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, Biological Sciences, or Mathematical Sciences
- 8+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management, including minimum 5 years of direct DM experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a CDM Project Lead / Data Team Lead
- Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Salary & Compensation
- Estimated Salary Range: ₹18,00,000 – ₹28,00,000 per annum
