Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality, workload, compliance, and documentation for assigned Pharmacovigilance (PV) projects.
- Oversee project coordination, resource allocation, and team mentoring.
- Ensure timely generation and sharing of monthly invoices for PV clients.
- Lead recruitment and performance appraisals for PV staff.
- Ensure training compliance and represent the PV department during audits/inspections.
- Draft and review QA documents (SDEAs, SOPs, Working Procedures, templates).
- Conduct literature screening for safety-relevant publications and medical assessments.
- Act as the primary contact for client and project management.
- Handle additional responsibilities as required across service lines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience:Â 6-9 years in pharmacovigilance with exposure to multi-country operations.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PV regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
