Key Responsibilities โ Officer ICSR (Pharmacovigilance)
As an Officer โ ICSR, the selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ICSR case processing in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Perform pharmacovigilance case processing, including duplicate search and validation
- Data entry, drug coding, MedDRA coding, and listedness assessment
- Causality assessment, expediting evaluation, and narrative writing for ICSRs
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and global PV regulations
- Communicate urgent safety issues to the Line Manager and QPPV
- Maintain accurate documentation and professional internal/external communication
- Support timely case processing to achieve 100% regulatory compliance
- Assist in SOP, WI, template, and training document development
- Deliver training sessions to new joiners and junior team members
- Provide pharmacovigilance guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated with regulatory intelligence and implement changes
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities when required
Educational Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Clinical Research or related discipline
Experience Required
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance concepts, MedDRA, and ICSR lifecycle will be an advantage
