1. Officer – ICSR (Pharmacovigilance)
Location: Ahmedabad, India
CTC Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ICSR case processing, including duplicate search and validation
- Conduct data entry, drug coding, MedDRA coding, listedness, causality assessment, and narrative writing
- Handle expedited reporting assessments as per global PV regulations
- Prepare and review SOPs, WIs, templates, and training materials
- Communicate urgent safety issues to Line Manager and QPPV
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory timelines, and quality standards
- Support training of new joiners and mentor junior team members
- Stay updated with pharmacovigilance regulatory intelligence

Key Responsibilities
- Develop eCRFs and database setup for late-phase clinical trials
- Prepare CDM documents such as DMP, DVP, eCCG
- Program edit checks and data validation rules
- Perform medical coding and query management
- Coordinate with project teams and EDC developers
- Share CDM updates and ensure data quality and compliance
