🧩 Key Responsibilities
As a Proposal Graduate, you’ll be trained to support and collaborate with Proposal Managers on critical business processes. Your core responsibilities include:

- Shadowing Proposal Managers on end-to-end proposal processes — including text, quotes, and budgets.
- Reviewing and analyzing RFP (Request for Proposal) documents to understand client requirements.
- Assisting in gathering and collating data from multiple departments.
- Supporting timely and accurate entry of proposal-related information into corporate systems.
- Participating in strategic and operational meetings to understand project workflows.
- Assisting in document drafting aligned with sponsor expectations and project strategy.
- Providing administrative support for pricing, resource planning, and opportunity management.
- Ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and learning the fundamentals of proposal development.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or equivalent).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Preferred Backgrounds:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or Biochemistry
- BBA / MBA in Marketing or Operations
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotech or Bioinformatics
