Labcorp is seeking a Data and Report Specialist (Bioanalytical Studies) to join our Bioanalytical Services team in Bangalore.
This entry-level role is ideal for recent pharmacy or life science graduates who are passionate about data integrity, study report preparation, and quality documentation in a regulated bioanalytical environment.
You will support global study delivery teams in preparing bioanalytical reports, managing project documentation, and ensuring adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of draft bioanalytical study reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols.
- Review data outputs and verify integrity before report finalization.
- Support project documentation and tracking activities using internal systems.
- Collaborate with global Study Delivery and Data Management teams to meet project timelines.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure alignment with SOPs and GLP standards.
- Assist in internal audits and quality review processes, as required.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives for data reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/training experience in bioanalytical or CRO environments are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of bioanalytical studies, pharmacokinetics, or clinical data handling.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data compilation and reporting.
- Exposure to GLP documentation and regulatory guidelines (desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
