Labcorp, a global leader in life sciences and pharmaceutical research, is seeking a Reporting Associate I (Preclinical) to join its Reporting and Data Systems team in Bangalore, India. This is an entry-level position where you will contribute to the preparation of preclinical study reports, ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients.
Key Responsibilities
General Duties
- Assist senior team members in drafting nonclinical study reports with limited supervision.
- Coordinate report information sharing between the Operations execution team and the Reporting team.
- Utilize various software tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), LIMS, Adobe Acrobat, and document automation tools.
- Manage study workload efficiently, adhering to report preparation schedules and prioritizing tasks.
- Provide training and mentorship to new reporting associates after sufficient training.
Report Preparation
- Assist in preparing study report templates based on protocols, amendments, and client-specific requirements.
- Incorporate contributions (e.g., protocols, certificates of analysis, contributor reports) into draft reports.
- Address internal quality review edits and assist in preparing report revisions based on client feedback.
Data Table & Graph Preparation
- Prepare and review data tables and graphs for accuracy.
- Draft and quality-check manually prepared or LIMS-generated data tables.
Scheduling Responsibilities
- Adapt to adjusted reporting schedules to meet client expectations.
- Attend and contribute to pre-writing meetings as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Freshers with strong academic credentials and relevant internships may apply.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in:
- Technical writing (e.g., preparing scientific reports, SOPs, or documentation).
- Data tabulation/analysis (e.g., handling lab data, creating tables/graphs).
- Pharmaceutical/CRO/Preclinical research environments (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
