Job Overview
As a QA Assistant Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring Regulatory Compliance and maintaining high standards of Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for processing and verifying quality records, managing day-to-day tasks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and Verify Quality Records: Ensure quality records are consistent with source documents from multiple sources.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Training and Development: Complete required trainings within specified timelines.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Report discrepancies to internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
- Productivity and Quality: Manage day-to-day tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
- Tool Utilization: Use appropriate tools to support the end-to-end quality records process.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Education & Skills Required
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel are highly beneficial.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail.
