Key Responsibilities (Clinical Data Programming Role)
- Follow SOPs and Work Instructions strictly in all tasks
- Work with Informatica tools (Panther & related applications)
- Perform data programming tasks with quality checks
- Investigate programming/process issues and identify root causes
- Ensure timely delivery (TAT adherence) of assigned work
- Handle multiple tasks under tight timelines (multitasking)
- Track, monitor, and manage assigned activities efficiently
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams
- Generate reports, metrics, and documentation
- Support training, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members
- Act as SME/POC for specific activities when required
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelorโs Degree (Technology Graduate)
Preferred Qualification
- Life Science / Technology Degree
- 6 months โ 1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
Required Skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
