1. Data Manager I (Entry-Level / Early Career)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical study start-up activities and documentation
- Develop and finalize Data Transfer Specifications (DTS)
- Act as a liaison between data management, medical affairs, and project teams
- Create and QC data transfer formats and test files
- Handle client communication and issue resolution
- Support data lock processes, audits, and inspections
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
2. Data Coordinator II (Experienced Role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex data revisions in clinical databases
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards
- Resolve data discrepancies and project issues
- Conduct quality checks (QC) and mentor junior staff
- Work within Data Reconciliation Center (DRC) systems

Minimum:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Science (B.Pharm, B.Sc, Life Sciences)
Preferred:
- Data Manager I:
- 0โ2 years experience (freshers + entry-level eligible)
- Knowledge of clinical trials/data management

- 4+ years clinical trial/data management experience
- Masterโs degree preferred
