Key Responsibilities
As a Data Management Assistant II, you will:
- Perform accurate data entry in clinical databases with minimal supervision
- Handle ELMS (Electronic Lab Management System) tasks and documentation
- Manage and process ELMS invoices and approvals
- Support Workfront Triage Team operations
- Maintain proper filing, scanning, and documentation records
- Conduct email follow-ups with stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion of ELMS requests and NSSO updates
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and compliance guidelines
- Participate in on-call and after-hours duties when required
- Maintain updated training files and documentation records
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree in Science (B.Sc โ Life Sciences preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months experience in clinical research industry
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Masterโs degree in Science (optional)
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of clinical data management processes
- Familiarity with ELMS tools and database systems
