As a Lab Report Coordinator I at ICON, you will play a key role in coordinating, reviewing, and distributing laboratory reports for global clinical studies while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to work with a reputed CRO and gain exposure to LIMS, clinical data workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities – Lab Report Coordinator I
- Coordinate preparation and formatting of laboratory reports as per study protocols
- Review lab reports for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with laboratory teams and clinical stakeholders for timely data collection
- Track report submissions, distributions, and follow-up corrections
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting logs
- Support process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and quality
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in lab coordination, clinical data management, or reporting roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with LIMS or clinical databases is an added advantage
