🧪 About the Role
As a Lab Project Services Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager throughout the entire clinical study lifecycle, including start-up, execution, monitoring, and study close-out. You’ll work with internal teams, investigator sites, clinical monitors, and sponsors to ensure high-quality project delivery.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager with study setup and planning
- Prepare minutes, action logs, and laboratory instructions
- Support Laboratory Centralized Monitoring
- Handle site onboarding, portal access, and kit shipments
- Track study activities using reports and monitoring dashboards
- Coordinate with teams to resolve queries, protocol issues, and escalations
- Lead customer communication when the Project Manager is unavailable
- Participate in audits, inspections, and study training
- Support smooth study close-out activities
🎓 Qualifications Required
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred)
✔ 1+ years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, or medical industry
✔ Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment
