Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Executive at Syngene, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of lab operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring Overnight Reactions: Tracking and ensuring the safety of ongoing lab activities during non-standard hours.
  2. Handling Lab Equipment: Managing hydrogenation lab reactions and ensuring proper usage of lab instruments.
  3. Chemical Preparation: Preparing and filling inorganic chemicals required for lab activities.
  4. Gas Cylinder Management: Providing oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, and ammonia cylinders to lab scientists as needed.
  5. Toxic Material Quenching: Safely quenching toxic materials and moving them to designated quenching stations.
  6. Temperature Monitoring: Recording and monitoring lab cold room temperatures to ensure optimal conditions.
  7. Emergency Response: Addressing unexpected incidents and emergencies in the lab.
