Available Positions & Responsibilities
1. IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
Experience: 3–8 years Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform line clearance, sampling, and in-process checks
- Stage-wise/online review of BPRs, logbooks, and batch records
- Hands-on experience with Empower-3 software
- Analytical data review, QMS documentation, CSV, and calibration record review
2. AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance)
Experience: 2–10 years Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Formulation (OSD) background
- Instrument handling: Wet Analysis, HPLC, Dissolution, UV, GC
- Sampling and analytical method validation
- Review of Empower-3 data, QMS, and calibration records
3. QC (Quality Control)
Experience: 3–9 years Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation and cleaning of packing machines
- Hands-on experience in Blister, BQS, Hi-Cart packing
- In-process and finished product testing
4. Packing Department
Experience: 1–10 years Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Blister, BQS, and Hi-Cart machines
- Ensure compliance with GMP during packing operations
- Perform cleaning and line clearance activities
Qualifications Required
- M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Relevant experience in pharma manufacturing (OSD preferred)
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in Empower-3, HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution (for QC/AQA)
