Position Overview: Executive – QC (Microbiology & Raw Material Testing)
Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities and Job Profile
1. Microbiological Testing and Analysis
- Conducting essential microbiological tests such as Endotoxin Measurement (EM), Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), Sterility Testing, Water Testing, and Bioburden Testing.
- Ensuring all microbiological tests adhere to the standards outlined in pharmacopeias like IP, BP, and USP.
- Maintaining accurate records of test results, deviations, and validations.
2. Raw Material (RM) Testing
- Performing comprehensive testing of raw materials according to pharmacopeial standards.
- Ensuring raw material compliance with specifications and documentation requirements.
- Coordinating with procurement and production teams for quality verification.
3. Documentation and Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation for all testing activities.
- Handling QMS documentation, including SOPs, validation protocols, and deviation reports.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborating effectively with production, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams to facilitate seamless operations.
- Participating in internal audits and inspections.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Standards
- Ensuring all microbiological testing and documentation comply with industry standards such as IP (Indian Pharmacopoeia), BP (British Pharmacopoeia), and USP (United States Pharmacopeia).

Essential Skills and Qualifications
