Job Openings and Responsibilities
1. Assistant Manager – Production
- Total Experience: 6 to 8 years
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production operations in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Packing.
- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
2. Executive / Sr. Executive – Regulatory Affairs
- Total Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compile regulatory dossiers for various markets, including the Rest of World (ROW).
- Review analytical data and ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory submission timelines.
3. Executive – Quality Assurance (QA)
- Total Experience: 3 to 6 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including Change Control, Deviations, and CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct audits, investigations, and implement quality improvement measures.
4. Officer/Executive – Quality Control (QC)
- Total Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HPLC analysis and other analytical tests to ensure product quality.
- Document and report test results accurately.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and quality control protocols.
Required Skills
- Production: Expertise in OSD formulations and packing processes.
- Regulatory Affairs: Strong knowledge of dossier preparation, data review, and regulatory compliance for ROW markets.
- Quality Assurance: Proficiency in QMS, CAPA, deviations, and audit management.
- Quality Control: Hands-on experience in HPLC and analytical testing techniques.
- General Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
