Key Responsibilities – Officer F&D Cosmetics
- Conduct literature review of raw materials and excipients
- Procure input materials and intermediates for formulation development
- New cosmetic product development from concept to commercialization
- Improvement in quality and performance of existing cosmetic products
- Complete documentation of the entire product development cycle (F&D dossiers)
- Technology transfer from F&D to pilot and commercial-scale batches
- In-use stability protocol & report preparation and submission
- Preparation and submission of regulatory documents
- GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance during development
- Complaint handling, root cause investigation, and CAPA
- Coordination with marketing team for new/improved product feedback
- Lead and guide the research team under superior guidance
Qualifications Required
- B.Tech in Cosmetic Technology OR M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Cosmetic F&D (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulations, stability studies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent documentation and technology transfer skills
Job Location

Salary Range
₹4,80,000 – ₹7,20,000 per annum (best in industry for deserving candidates)
