Roles & Responsibilities
As a QC Reviewer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with DGM-Quality to ensure effectiveness of Quality Control systems
- Inwarding and reviewing finished products, in-process samples, raw materials, and packing materials
- Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, STPs, GLP, and GDP
- Reviewing analytical data, COAs, logbooks, and supporting documents of raw/packing materials and finished products
- Leading and participating in investigations of OOS, OOT, incidents, and deviations
- Training new recruits in Quality Control practices and documentation
- Managing stability studies – preparation, review, and approval of protocols, reports, summary reports
- Preparation and review of temperature cycle studies, compatibility studies, water loss, and weight loss studies
- Maintaining accurate records and timely reporting to QC Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills
- M.Sc. in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control, specifically in documentation review and stability studies
- In-depth knowledge of GLP, GDP, ICH guidelines, and current regulatory requirements
- Strong experience in OOS/OOT investigation and CAPA
- Proficiency in stability study management and protocol/report writing
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Good communication and training abilities
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹6.5 Lakhs to ₹9.0 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and current CTC)
