Roles and Responsibilities
The Bioassay Analytical role involves key contributions to reference standard management and assay lifecycle. Primary responsibilities include:
- Reference standard qualification and management
- Assay development, qualification, and validation
- Hands-on experience in Cell-based and ELISA-based potency assays
- Responsible for Downstream Process for Mammalian Cell culture
- Process impurity analysis
These duties ensure high-quality analytical support for biologics development and manufacturing.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology/Microbiology
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in relevant bioassay and analytical roles
- Strong expertise in cell-based assays, ELISA, mammalian cell culture, and impurity analysis
