Qualifications Required:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology / Industrial Microbiology / Biotechnology
Responsibilities:
- Isolation, purification, and identification of bacterial and fungal strains.
- Efficiency characterization of microorganisms.
- Performing total viable count techniques and shelf-life studies of vials.
- Growth performance testing of organisms in respective fermentation mediums.
- Maintenance and cryopreservation of vials.
- Accurate and efficient documentation.
- Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Industry:
- Bio-Pesticides / Fertilizers / FMCG
Key Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency with lab equipment.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Effective time management.
