Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling international business development activities and supporting company growth in targeted global markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new potential customers through planned marketing activities.
• Managing business activities in assigned territories including Africa and CIS markets.
• Expanding business with current clients and identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships.
• Evaluating and negotiating agreements with potential international customers.
• Coordinating with internal departments such as design, operations, supply chain, and logistics for smooth execution of purchase orders.
• Working with regulatory affairs teams for timely product submissions and approvals.
• Traveling overseas when required to support international business development activities.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and maintaining updated product knowledge.

Required Qualifications

Candidates applying for this position should have one of the following educational qualifications:

• B.Sc
• M.Sc
• B.Pharm
• M.Pharm
• MBA

A combination of pharmaceutical education with business management knowledge will be advantageous for this role.

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical business development, preferably in international markets.
• Experience in formulation business and export markets will be an added advantage.
