Responsibilities of a Junior Team Member – Microbiology

As a Junior Team Member – Microbiology, your primary goal will be to ensure compliance with microbiological quality parameters and predefined standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Sample Analysis: Conducting analysis of allocated samples to meet the required service level agreements.
  2. Error Reporting: Identifying and reporting errors, abnormal observations, and equipment non-compliances to facilitate timely corrective actions.
  3. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of findings in relevant test data sheets to support lab QA reviews.
  4. Equipment Evaluation: Monitoring and documenting equipment breakdowns and suggesting preventive measures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: B.Sc, MSc in Microbiology.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in microbiology or a related field.
