Responsibilities of a Junior Quality Analyst
As a Junior Quality Analyst at Indegene, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring 100% compliance with client requirements for artwork quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Artwork Review: Perform detailed quality checks on artwork, drawings, and specifications against authorized master files using internal and client-specific tools.
- Compliance Checks: Conduct character-by-character reviews for non-leaflets and leaflets with outlined text, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
- Graphics and Technical Validation: Verify graphics, logos, colors, and technical requirements as per master files and reference documents.
- Error Identification: Highlight discrepancies, annotate errors, and escalate to senior analysts for further review.
- Process Adherence: Follow client and Indegene quality standards, including QMS, ISMS, and CMMI, while maintaining confidentiality and security norms.
- MIS Maintenance: Track and manage work assignments using Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Self-Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills
