Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Executive at Syngene, you will:
- Track and manage shift activities
- Monitor overnight and hydrogenation lab reactions
- Handle toxic material quenching and move materials to quenching stations
- Prepare inorganic chemicals and scrubber solutions for lab activities
- Provide oxygen, argon, CO₂, and ammonia cylinders to scientists
- Monitor cold room temperatures and fresh solvent filling
- Switch off instruments and equipment when not in use
- Attend to lab emergencies and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Sc in Science (freshers welcome)
- Experience: 0–3 years (B.Sc freshers encouraged to apply)
- Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of logistics, purchasing, and warehouse operations
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks
