🧠 Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Bioinformatician at Unipath, you will:

• Analyze high-throughput sequencing datasets (WGS, WES, RNA-seq, metagenomics, single-cell).
• Develop and optimize bioinformatics pipelines and algorithms.
• Design clinical panels for diagnostic applications.
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists, clinicians, and external partners.
• Visualize and present data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to publications, grant proposals, and reports.
• Stay updated with bioinformatics tools, NGS databases, and standards.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Git version control.
• Programming knowledge in Python, R, or Perl.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

✅ Preferable Skills

• Experience with NGS tools (GATK, STAR, DESeq2).
