- Education: B.E in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 4-8 years in the Chemical & API Pharma Industry
- Key Qualifications:
- Operational knowledge of pumps, compressors, blowers, safety valves, and control valves.
- Skilled in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and familiar with DCS/PLC-based control systems.
- Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 regulations.
- Chemist – Production
- Education: B.Sc / Diploma
- Experience: 3-6 years in the Chemical & API Pharma Industry
- Key Qualifications:
- Proficient in reactions, autoclave operations, hydrogenation processes, and filling of BPR.
- Knowledge of safety compliance, log sheets maintenance, distillation/MEE operation, and filtration.
- Troubleshooting skills and awareness of ISO standards.
- Assistant Manager/Executive – Quality Control (QC)
- Education: M.Sc in Chemistry
- Experience: 4-8 years in the API Pharma Industry
- Key Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cGMP, USFDA requirements, FSSC 22000, and NABL standards.
- Experience in handling calibration of QC instruments and compliance with 21 CFR Part-11.
- Senior Engineer / Engineer / Assistant Foreman – Instrumentation
- Education: BE / Diploma/ITI in Instrumentation
- Experience: 4-8 years in Pharma, chemical, & power plants
- Key Qualifications:
- Expertise in DCS/PLC/SCADA & SIS calibration & maintenance.
- Knowledge of instrumentation engineering related to plant processes.
- Assistant Foreman – Electrical
- Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 4-6 years in Chemical and Pharma industry
- Key Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience with transformers, motors, protection relays, and FLP electrical equipment.
- Proficient in Loto system implementation.
- DCS Officer
- Education: Diploma in Chemical / B.Sc in Chemistry
- Experience: 3-5 years in API Pharma/Intermediate
- Key Qualifications:
- Operational knowledge of various unit operations including reaction, distillation, crystallization, evaporation, and packing.
- Good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
