๐งช Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate โ ARD, you will be responsible for:
- Learning operations of analytical instruments under mentor supervision
- Understanding and applying modern analytical techniques used in Analytical R&D
- Coordinating with Synthesis and cross-functional departments
- Ensuring Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety compliance
- Participating in SOP trainings, Quality Assurance (QA), EHS, and HRD training sessions

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
