Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at JSS, you will:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Review case report forms (CRFs) and source documents for accuracy.
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams.
- Maintain trial master files (TMF) and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor patient safety, data integrity, and adverse event reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience as a CRA in clinical research.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent communication and site management skills.
