About the Role – CTA / Jr CRA
CBCC Global Research is expanding its clinical research operations and seeking skilled graduates with strong communication, coordination, and documentation abilities. This role supports site feasibility, regulatory documentation, study start-up, and project management activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Feasibility & Investigator Management
- Build and maintain an investigator/site database.
- Conduct site-level feasibility assessments.
- Shortlist suitable sites for clinical trials.
2. Regulatory & Ethics Submissions
- Collect essential documents (IU/PSP/CV/FDA 1572, etc.).
- Prepare submissions for Ethics Committees (EC) & DCGI.
- Track approvals and maintain submission logs.
3. Study Start-Up & Site Coordination
- Coordinate clinical trial supplies (ISF, PF, PK kits, lab kits, etc.).
- Manage vendor coordination for study materials.
- Support PM and CRA with site agreements, TMF, trackers, and communication.
4. Registry & Documentation Compliance
- Register studies on CTRI and maintain updates.
- Review TMF periodically and resolve document gaps.
- Assist in addressing QA audit findings.
5. Reporting & Quality Assurance
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Schedule Y, SOPs, and QMS guidelines.
Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc (Science)
- Freshers or 0–1 year experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of clinical research, GCP, and regulatory processes
- Prior CRC experience (1–2 years) is an added advantage
- Excellent coordination and documentation skills
