Responsibilities by Role
Assistant Manager – Production
- Oversee production processes for transdermal patches
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and global regulatory standards
- Lead a team to meet production targets efficiently
Officer – Production
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Maintain GMP standards during manufacturing
- Document production activities accurately
Officer/Executive – QA (Documentation)
- Prepare and review SOPs, batch records, and quality documents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Support audits and quality system improvements
QC Analyst – HPLC & GC
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC techniques
- Validate test results and maintain lab equipment
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards
QC – Documentation
- Manage quality control documentation and records
- Support compliance with State FDA and USFDA standards
- Assist in internal and external audits
Assistant Manager – Engineering (Projects & Maintenance)
- Manage engineering projects for facility expansion
- Oversee maintenance of critical production equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Assistant Manager – Quality Control
- Lead quality control operations for chemical and instrumentation testing
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and State FDA standards
- Train and mentor QC team members
Purchase Executive
- Source raw materials and pharma products
- Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement
- Maintain inventory and supply chain records
IT Executive
- Manage IT infrastructure and CSV (Computer System Validation)
- Support software and hardware for pharma operations
- Ensure data integrity and system compliance
EHS Officer
- Implement environmental, health, and safety protocols
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with pharma plant safety regulations
Qualifications
- Assistant Manager Roles: 12+ years of experience, USFDA exposure, relevant degree (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, or equivalent)
- Officer Roles: 3–5 years of experience, degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or related field
- Executive Roles: 5–8 years of experience, relevant technical expertise
- QC Analyst: 5–8 years of experience with HPLC/GC proficiency
- Purchase Executive: 3–5 years in pharmaceutical procurement
- IT Executive: 5–8 years in IT infrastructure, CSV knowledge
- EHS Officer: 2–5 years in pharma plant safety management
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards
