- Education: B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Genetics, or Microbiology
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Scientist – Cell Line Development, you will:
- Perform cloning activities using multiple advanced technologies.
- Develop mammalian cell lines for biosimilars including mAbs, bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, and ADCs.
- Carry out large-scale transient transfections in biopharma settings.
- Manage vendors for laboratory supplies and requirements.
- Oversee in-house inventory management.
- Plan, structure, and execute experiments with thorough data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:

- B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Genetics, or Microbiology.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell line development (Sr Executive level).
- 2–10 years of relevant biopharma/biotech industry or contract research lab experience.
- Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques, transfections, and biosimilar development.
