Key Responsibilities
As a CRA, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality clinical trial execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting feasibility assessments, SIVs, SMVs, and COVs.
- Ensuring site compliance with ICH-GCP, CDSCO regulations, and study protocols.
- Overseeing patient recruitment, data quality, and safety reporting (SAEs).
- Maintaining and updating the Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF).
- Preparing and submitting study dossiers to ethics committees and regulators.
- Reviewing key documents like protocols, ICFs, lab manuals, and eCRFs.
- Supporting project managers with plans, strategies, and communications.
- Coordinating investigator/vendor payments and managing study supplies.
- Training and mentoring junior CRAs/CTAs.
- Ensuring audit/inspection readiness and assisting with CAPA responses.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- 2–3 years of CRA/clinical trial monitoring experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, CDSCO regulations, and trial operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project requirements.
