Johnson & Johnson is hiring for the role of Analyst, Analytical Monitor in India across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Key Responsibilities โ Analyst Analytical Monitor
- Perform analytical monitoring activities for clinical trials in line with timelines and protocols
- Conduct site-level and subject-level data reviews to detect risks and quality issues
- Identify early warning signals and trends affecting patient safety and data integrity
- Collaborate with Site Managers and Central Monitoring Managers for decision-making
- Use clinical databases, reporting tools, and analytics platforms for risk identification
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Support process improvement and innovation initiatives including UAT and tool enhancements
- Manage communication across multiple stakeholders and escalate issues when required
Eligibility & Qualifications
Required Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree (B.Sc, B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Data Sciences) or equivalent experience
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional clinical teams
- Knowledge of technology platforms for data collection and analysis
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of clinical drug development lifecycle
- Knowledge of RBQM / RBM / Central Monitoring
- Familiarity with biostatistics, risk management, and project management concepts
- Exposure to Clinical Data Management (CDM) and GCP guidelines
